- 8 chicken wings
- 1 tbsp nuoc mam sauce or light soy sauce
Stuffing[]
- salt and black pepper
- 4 oz bean thread vermicelli
- 3 pieces dark wood ear fungus
- 1¼ cups ground pork
- 1 small onion, grated finely
- 1 small carrot, grated finely
- 1 egg, beaten
