This is one of North Macedonia’s and Bulgaria's most famous dishes. Tomatoes and onion, combined with rich sheep cheese ensure a healthy and nutritious but slimming salad experience.

Directions[]

  1. Bake, peel and seed the peppers.
  2. Cut into small strips and add the diced tomatoes, cucumbers and Onion.
  3. Add salt, oil and vinegar, and mix.
  4. Serve in the shape of a pyramid, top with chopped parsley and grated Cheese.
