- Cut the Steak into slices 1-inch thick. Trim into neat rounds and beat.
- Rub with salt and brush with oil. Allow to stand 1 hour.
- Fry both sides rapidly in hot fat. Cook 5 to 7 minutes altogether.
- Cut bananas in halves lengthwise, then across in two.
- Fry for 2 to 3 minutes by the side of the meat.
- Serve Steak on rounds of fried bread
