  1. Drain the can of salmon and flake the fish.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Mix together the cucumber and the cheese.
  4. Spread a layer of this onto four of the bread fish shapes.
  5. Top with a layer of salmon flakes.
  6. Add second fish shape and decorate with cucumber slices arranged as scales.
