  1. In a cocktail glass, mix kahlúa, amaretto, and vodka.
  2. Float the chartreuse.
  3. In a liqueur glass, put the blue curaçao and float the milk.
  4. Light the cocktail glass and drink quickly through a straw.
  5. When it's almost gone, pour the blue curaçao and milk into the cocktail glass and suck until all gone.
