  1. Simmer jam, sugar and water until mixture is syrupy, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add mangos and cook over low heat 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in lemon juice.
  4. Heat brandy until just warm.
  5. Ignite and pour flaming over mangos.
  6. Stir and spoon over ice cream.
