Bitter chocolate flan. Serves five.
- Melt dark chocolate with butter on a ban marie.
- Beat egg yolk with sugar.
- Add the egg yolk mixture to the flour.
- Slowly add molten chocolate to the egg mixture.
- Put the creamy mixture into a mould that has been buttered.
- Place it in a deep freezer for 2–3 hours.
- Cook it in an oven for seven minutes at 180 degrees.
- Remove from the mould and serve.
