  1. In a mixing bowl combine the flour, water, salt and ground cardamom.
  2. Beat well with a spoon.
  3. Pour about ⅛ cup of batter on a hot and lightly greased griddle or heavy skillet.
  4. Cook until golden brown on the bottoms.
  5. Flip and cook until the other side is also a golden brown.
  6. Drizzle with a little butter.
  7. Pour honey over it and serve.
