Velvet pudding

  1. Melt the butter and add the sifted flour.
  2. Add boiling milk and mix well.
  3. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Adjust flavour with salt.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and serve with milk or sweet berry juice / berry fruits (make from berry syrup or use sweetened juice).
