- 1 tub ready to spread type lemon frosting
- 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 tbsp grated lemon peel
- In a small bowl, beat frosting at medium speed 1 minute.
- Add whipped topping: beat until light and fluffy.
- Stir in lemon peel.
- Frost cake.
