Introduction
This doubles the protein in each cup of milk.
Ingredients
- 1 quart milk, homogenized or 1% low-fat
- 1 cup instant nonfat dry milk
Directions
1.Pour liquid milk into deep bowl. Add dry milk and beat slowly with beater until dry milk is dissolved (usually less than 5 minutes).
2.Refrigerate. The flavor improves after several hours. Makes 1 quart.
