  1. Pre heat oven 425 °F
  2. Whisk eggs in large bowl.
  3. Whisk sugar, flour until smooth.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Cut rhubarb, fold into egg mixture.
  6. Put in pie shell.
  7. Bake 15 minutes, remove and reduce heat to 350 °F.
  8. Apply topping and bake for 40 minutes.
