Freezer to Table Roast

4 lbs. boneless beef roast Seasoned salt to taste Lemon pepper marinade

This simple recipe cooks lean roast beef right in foil in which it was wrapped for the freezer. Remove roast from freezer. Open foil and sprinkle meat well with seasoned salt and lemon pepper marinade. Re wrap foil loosely around the roast as you crimp ends closed. Put roast in shallow pan in preheated 400 oven for 2 1/2 hours. Turn back foil to leave mea to open at to and sides and let brown in oven for another 1/2 hour. transfer to serving platter.
