  1. Prepare pastry.
  2. Slice rhubarb (should yield 3 cups).
  3. Slice bananas (should yield 3 cups).
  4. Combine ingredients except butter and crust.
  5. Spread into pie crust.
  6. Dot with butter.
  7. Place crust on top.
  8. Bake at 450 °F for 15 minutes.
  9. Reduce oven temperature to 350 °F and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until browned.
