Description
The sweet-tart taste of this sauce is a change from sweet syrup. It is good on pancakes and waffles.

Ingredients
- 1 large peach, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1½ tbsp sugar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- dash nutmeg
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a small pan, stir until cornstarch is dissolved.
- Cook over medium heat until sauce boils and is thickened.
