  1. Slice the Cheese 1/2 inch thick & fry in skillet, turning & frying on both sides.
  2. Remove the Cheese to one side of the serving dish, keeping warm.
  3. Break eggs and fry in the same fat.
  4. Serve the eggs alongside the Cheese and season with taste.
  5. Garnish as desired.
