Ingredients[]
- ½ lb / 250 g cottage cheese well strained
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons oil
- salt
- sour cream (optional)
- confectioner's sugar
Directions[]
- Mix the cheese with the yolks, add the flour, salt and whipped egg whites.
- Take tablespoonfuls and shape longish and flat dumplings.
- Roll them in flour and fry in hot oil.
- Serve powdered with confectioner's sugar and sour cream (optional).
