This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Henson Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1982.

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients mixing well.
  2. Dip green pepper strips in cream cheese mixture turning to coat.
  3. Fry in hot oil until golden brown then drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
