  1. Remove stems and wash greens two to three times.
  2. Cut into fine shreds.
  3. Boil pig's foot until tender and salt free.
  4. Also, boil beef until tender.
  5. Save water used to boil beef.
  6. Combine greens, onions, hot pepper and fry for about 10 minutes; stirring constantly.
  7. Remove bones from dry and bonnies and wash.
  8. Add beef dried, bonnies and tender pig's foot.
  9. Add the water in which beef was boiled and season to taste.
  10. Cook until all water is removed.
  11. Serve on hot rice.
