Fried Ramen

1 pkg. Top Ramen or Top Ramen low fat any flavor 1 T. oil

Prepare noodles as directed. Drain, reserving 2 T. of the liquid. Mix noodles with reserved liquid. Heat oil in a small skillet ( you don't need oil if you have a nonstick skillet) When the pan is hot, add the noodles, pressing them firmly down into the pan. Reduce heat to low and let the noodles fry until the bottom is crispy and the top is warmed through, about 15 minutes. Cut into pie shaped wedges and serve. Apple slices or processed cheese spread are a nice accompaniment. Serves 1 Source: Unknown
