Here are some breakfasts that go back to my Portuguese childhood. Hope you enjoy them.
- Cut chorizo into the number of slices you would like per serving.
- Fry them in a little olive oil, add eggs (one or two) and fry them together with the chorizo.
- The spice of the chorizo will add flavor to the eggs.
- When the chorizo is crisp but not burned and the eggs are cooked to your liking remove all to a plate and serve with toast.
