Here are some breakfasts that go back to my Portuguese childhood. Hope you enjoy them.

  1. Cut chorizo into the number of slices you would like per serving.
  2. Fry them in a little olive oil, add eggs (one or two) and fry them together with the chorizo.
  3. The spice of the chorizo will add flavor to the eggs.
  4. When the chorizo is crisp but not burned and the eggs are cooked to your liking remove all to a plate and serve with toast.
