Ingredients[]
- 4 zuchini,
- 2 tablespoons flour,
- 3-4 tablespoons oil,
- vinegar or lemon juice,
- salt
Directions[]
- Peel the zuchini, cut into thin slices.
- Dry each slice with a cloth, dredge with flour and fry in oil.
- When all are fried, arrange on a plate and drizzle lemon juice or a little vinegar and salt over them. Serve hot or cold.
