Frozen Cranberry Salad

6 oz. cream cheese, softened 2 t. mayonnaise 2 cans whole cranberries (16 oz. each) 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients. Pour into a 3 quart oblong dish. Freeze. Remove from freezer 5 minutes before cutting. Serves 10 to 12 Source: Mary Poole
