FROZEN MATADOR This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Garza Estate in Rowlett, Texas in 1988. 1-1/2 ounces tequila 2 ounces pineapple juice 1 tablespoon lime juice 1 pineapple stick Blend all ingredients except pineapple stick with 1 cup crushed ice in an electric blender at a low speed for 30 seconds. Pour into an old fashioned glass then add pineapple stick and serve.
