  1. Mix flour and salt.
  2. Cut in shortening.
  3. Sprinkle with water and mix until dough comes together.
  4. Roll into 13" circle.
  5. Cut into 4½" circles.
  6. Put over backs of small custard cups.
  7. Prick with a fork and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake at 475°F for 8-10 minutes.
  9. Cool before removing from cups.
  10. Toss grapes, raspberries, blueberries, mangos and banana with orange glaze.
  11. Fill tart shells with fruit mixture and refrigerate.
  12. For orange glaze, stir together sugar, cornstarch and salt.
  13. Stir in orange juice and water.
  14. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until mixture thickens and boils.
  15. Boil 1 minute.
  16. Cool.
