Fruited Rice Mix

3 cups uncooked quick cooking brown rice 1 pkg. dried fruit bits (6 oz) 1 pkg. sliced almonds, toasted (2.25 oz) 1 t. chicken bouillon granules 1 t. curry powder

Divide all ingredients evenly between 2 (2 cup) clear containers with airtight lids, creating desired layers. Seal. Attach these directions: Bring 1 cup water and 3/4 cup orange juice to a boil; stir in Fruited Rice Mix. Cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings. Source: Unknown
