Description[]

Unlike most desserts, this one's low in fat and refined sugar. It contains the natural fruit sugar.

  • Preparation Time : 10 minutes | Cooking Time : 20 minutes
  • Fills 1¼ cups

Ingredients[]

For the fruits[]

For the sauce[]

  • 1 teacup pulp of Alphonso mango
  • 2 tablespoons fresh low-fat yogurt

Directions[]

  1. For the fruits, slice banana and halve the strawberries.
  2. if you are suing peaches and pineapple, slice them. Halve the figs.
  3. For the sauce, mix the mango pulp and yoghurt very well.
  4. To proceed, pour the sauce over the fruits and keep in the refrigerator until you wish to serve.
