Ingredients[]
- 5 c. rhubarb, finely cut
- 3 c. Sugar
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. fruit flavored Jell-O
Directions[]
- Combine rhubarb and Sugar.
- Let stand until the Sugar draws juice, about 3 to 5 hours.
- Boil for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add flavored gelatin.
- This recipe makes 2 pints of jam.
