  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 13”x9”x2”pan.
  2. Prepare white cake mix per package instructions and bake.
  3. Split cake in half horizontally.
  4. Place bottom cake layer on serving plate.
  5. Spread this layer with strawberry preserves.
  6. Place top layer of cake over strawberry preserves.
  7. Score the top of the cake with knife to mark 24 servings.
  8. Alternate fresh strawberries with peach slices on alternate blocks. (Quilt design)
  9. Heat the peach preserves and strain. Brush the fruit with the warmed glaze.
  10. Garnish with whipped topping and curled chocolate strip.
