Ke Jia-style fried egg
Ingredients[]
- 5 eggs
- 50 g green bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp dried shrimp
- ⅓ red tomato
Seasoning[]
- ½ tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp chicken stock
- dash sesame
- 1 stalk spring onion
Directions[]
- Wash and soak dry shrimps by warm water, chop the spring onion
- Remove seeds of tomato, chop into small pieces
- Boil the green bean sprouts with ½ tbsp of salt, take up for use
- Whisk the egg with ½ tbsp of salt and chicken stock
- Add chopped tomato, dry shrimps and green bean sprouts, mix well
- Heat the wok with 2 tbsp of oil, fry egg both sizes until golden, dish up
- Sprinkle sesame and chopped spring Onion on surface, serve
