PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 2 cups sugar 2/3 cups evaporated milk 1 cup marshmallow cream 1 cup chunky peanut butter 1 teaspoon vanilla Combine sugar and milk in saucepan. Cook to soft ball stage (234�). Remove from heat. In another bowl, combine marshmallow cream, peanut butter and vanilla. Add cooked syrup and mix well. Pour into buttered pan (8 x 9 inch).. Let cool, cut and enjoy.

EASY PEANUT CLUSTERS 12 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips 8 squares white almond bark Melt together (use microwave if possible). Add 1 pound jar dry roasted peanuts. Mix well. Drop by teaspoons on waxed paper. (Chinese noodles may be substituted for peanuts.)
