Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: less than 15 minutes In a medium bowl, combine cilantro, oil, pepper sauce, garlic and optional crushed red peppers. Add beef; toss. Alternately thread beef and bell peppers onto six (10-inch) metal skewers. Grill kebabs on medium, uncovered, 8 to 11 minutes for medium-rare to medium, turning occasionally. Salt to taste. Makes 6 servings.
