Ingredients[]
- 3 cups cooked rice (cooked in chicken broth), cooled
- 1½ cups sliced celery
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- ½ cup sliced radishes
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- 1½ tablespoons tarragon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- lettuce leaves (optional)
- cherry tomatoes for garnish (optional)
Directions[]
- Combine rice, celery, green onions and radishes.
- Blend mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard and dill weed.
- Add to rice mixture; toss lightly.
- Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with cherry tomatoes, if desired.
