  1. Dissolve yeast in water.
  2. Add salt and sugar.
  3. Blend or mix with 2 cups flour.
  4. Crush garlic and add with herbs.
  5. Add 2 cups more flour, and more if dough is too sticky.
  6. Roll into snakes or lines and shape. Sprinkle with coarse salt, if desired.
  7. Bake at 425° F for 10 – 15 minutes or until browned.
