Ingredients[]
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 pounds small red potatoes, quartered
- Cooking spray
Directions[]
- Preheat oven to 500°.
- Combine olive oil, Italian seasoning, paprika, pepper, garlic, and potatoes on a jelly roll pan coated with cooking spray.
- Bake at 500° for 25 minutes or until tender, stirring every 10 minutes.
