Description
This red-hot, sour dip is made with only 2 ingredients - garlic and chili. Serve up a burning, tangy treat with other appetizers or side dishes. Make this chutney tastier by adding herbs and vegetables.
Ingredients
- 3-4 cloves garlic or (3 tsp. of garlic paste)
- 3 whole red chiles
- salt, according to taste
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Directions
- Grind all of the above ingredients together with a little water to liquefy.
- Spoon or scoop the spice-based chutney into a small bowl.
