  1. Sprinkle 3 tsp seasoning blend over pork chops; set aside.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in lg nonstick skillet on med heat.
  3. Add pork chops; cook 8 minutes or until desired doneness; turning once.
  4. Toss salad greens, tomato and onion in lg bowl.
  5. Mix remaining 3 tbsp olive, vinegar and remaining seasoning blend.
  6. Pour over salad; toss to coat well.
  7. Divide salad among 4 servings plates.
  8. Top each with 1 pork chop.
  9. Serve immediately.
