- 5 cups of vegetable stock
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3 level tsp/15ml paprika
- 3 level tsp/15ml cumin salt and pepper
- 2 pieces bread, toasted
- oil as required
- 6 eggs (optional)
Directions[]
Pour the vegetable stock into a pan. Add the garlic, paprika, cumin and bring to a boil. Season. it. Break the toast into cubes and put into the hot soup bowls. Place a pan on the heat, lightly oil it and fry the eggs until the white forms. Tip out one egg into each soup bowl and pour over the boiling soup.
