This is a fantastic-tasting and healthy salad dressing.
- 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 3 cloves of fresh garlic
- 20 ml white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Add to any green salad or use as a mayonnaise substitute.
