Ginger beer

  1. Add the hot water (90°F) to the grated ginger.
  2. Add all the ingredient except the essence.
  3. Let stand for some 4 hours and sift.
  4. Add the almond essence to taste (If the flavor is too intense, add some more water).
  5. Chill and serve cold!
