German style Spätzle with herb seasoning recipe. Makes six servings

Ingredients[]

Noodles[]

Bread crumb seasoning[]

Directions[]

  1. Melt butter in skillet.
  2. Blend dry ingredients.
  3. Break eggs in measuring cup and add milk to make 1 cup and beat.
  4. Fold into mix.
  5. Press through spätzle press into boiling water.
  6. Skim off noodles when they float; sauté in skillet.
  7. In a food processor blend dredge (Bread crumb seasoning) ingredients except fold in parsley by hand before use.
  8. Sprinkle seasoned breadcrumb over sautéd spätzle and toss.
