  1. Cut a chicken lengthwise into two parts, salt and fry until done.
  2. Stew dried fruits in butter.
  3. Cook rice and add a pinch of saffron just to paint it.
  4. Before serving pour over melted butter.
  5. chicken and dried fruits are served in different bowls.
