Ingredients[]
- 2½ oz gin
- 1½ oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 4 oz club soda
- ½ oz crème de cassis
Directions[]
- Shake the ingredients with ice in a shaker.
- Add gin, lemon juice and sugar.
- After shaking, strain into a collins glass and fill with ice cubes.
- Add the club soda.
- Stir well.
- Drop the crème de cassis into the center of the drink.
