Fillets that are more than an inch thick will take longer than 15 minutes to cook.

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Place fillets in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  3. Combine preserves and remaining 7 ingredients; pour over fillets.
  4. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 fillet)
