  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Rub pork with oil.
  3. Combine next 4 ingredients.
  4. Rub over pork, place in roasting pan.
  5. Roast 15 minutes.
  6. Reduce oven temp to 350°F.
  7. Roast, basting with pan juices, 2 hours or until done.
  8. In pot, combine vinegar, molasses, ginger, 2 tbsp water and garlic, bring to a boil.
  9. Cook until syrupy, 1 minute.
  10. Brush pork with glaze.
  11. Roast 15 minutes.
  12. Transfer meat to serving platter, let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
