A healthy appetizer consisting of fine prepared, glazed, carots. A way to start your evening ! This requires very basic cooking skills and won't take longer than 15 minutes to make.

  1. Place frozen carrots in a deep, 1 1/2 quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole.
  2. Heat, covered, 2 minutes in Microwave Oven.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Uncover and heat an additional 4 minutes or until carrots are tender.
  5. Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
