Glazed Onions with Cinnamon and Raisins

1 pound frozen baby white onions, cooked in chicken broth for about 20 minutes or until tender and drained 2 T. sugar 1/4 t. cinnamon 2 T. butter 1/3 cup yellow raisins Salt to taste

Prepare small white onions, and set aside. In a large skillet, heat together sugar, cinnamon and butter. Add onions and cook, stirring, for about 5 minutes. Add the raisins and salt to taste and continue cooking for about 5 minutes or until onions are lightly browned and glazed. Watch so that the raisins do not brown. They will plump up.
