  1. Combine rice, milk, sugar, butter, orange peel and salt in medium saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat; simmer 25 minutes or until thick and creamy, stirring frequently.
  4. Stir in gelatin and vanilla; cool.
  5. Whip cream.
  6. Fold cream and oranges into gelatin mixture.
  7. Spoon into 10 individual dessert molds.
  8. Chill until firm.
  9. Unmold onto dessert plates.
  10. Garnish with additional whipped cream and chocolate jimmies, if desired.
