  1. Brown pork chops.
  2. Place rice in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Pour orange juice over rice and arrange chops on top of that.
  4. Pour gluten-free chicken soup or broth over the chops.
  5. Bake covered for 45 minutes at 350 °F.
  6. Uncover and bake an additional ten minutes.
