- 1 cup quinoa flour
- ½ teaspoon ammonia
- ¼ pound shortening
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 pinch salt
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 cups rice flour
- 2 eggs
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Directions[]
- Sift quinoa flour, add ammonia, cinnamon, and all the ingredients alternating liquids and solids, until you get a soft dough.
- Roll out thin and cut into desired shapes.
- Bake in a medium heat (350°F) in oven.
- Let them rest and sprinkle some powdered sugar on top of each cookie.
